Calm personal organizer · with AI Your brain has 47 tabs open. Piccola closes a few.

Three are playing music, one is a recipe from 2019. Piccola puts your agenda, shopping, budget, logs, notes, chats and a focus timer with a cat in one calm app, with an AI that does the boring bits once you say OK.

  • Free, actually
  • No ads, no trackers
  • Works offline
  • 5 languages
  • AgendaStreak: 14 days. The plant is still alive.
  • Shopping3 lists. You'll open the milk one.
  • Budget€42 over budget. Blame the cheese.
  • LogsVitamins: logged. Walnuts: politely declined.
  • NotesShared the packing list. Someone else ticked 'charger'.
  • ChatAsked the AI where the money went. It said: cheese.
  • FocusLuna napped for 25 minutes. So did your phone.
  • ProgressRhythm 82. Even the plant is impressed.

Features Everything your head keeps forgetting. In one cute app.

Twelve little helpers, one calm place. Here's each one in a sentence (we tried).

  • Agenda

Routines that repeat daily, weekly or every few days, with a nudge before. For people who colour-code their calendar and would do it again.

  • Do it together

Share a routine and one tick counts for both of you. Finally, proof of who watered the plant.

  • Shopping

Shared lists sorted by aisle. Because “I'll remember” is the most repeated lie in human history.

  • Budget

A monthly limit per category, receipts attached. The friend who tells you the truth about food delivery.

  • Logs

Pills, symptoms and appointments, written somewhere that isn't your forehead.

  • Notes

Text, checklists and photos, with reminders and sharing. For the thought that arrives in the shower and leaves before the towel.

  • Chat

Messages, groups and photos with your people, translated in one tap. Nonna finally gets the group chat.

  • Focus with Luna

A focus timer with a cat who naps while you work. Peer pressure, but fluffy.

  • Progress

A rhythm score, streaks with rest days and medals for small wins. Stats that cheer you on instead of telling you off.

  • Ask Luna

Your AI helper reads your stuff when you ask, and changes nothing until you say OK. Prefer ChatGPT or Claude? Connect them too.

  • Widgets

Today, shopping and Focus on your home screen. Glance, don't open.

  • Make it yours

App icons and accent colours. Your phone, your vibe, your slightly questionable taste.

Easy to use That's a lot of features. Is it complicated?

Nope.

Piccola does a lot so you don't have to. Using it is roughly as hard as making toast.

  • Start with one thing

Use only the agenda, or only the shopping list. The rest waits politely and never guilt-trips you.

  • Set up in a minute

Luna asks a few questions and sets up the basics. Faster than finding the charger.

  • One button to add anything

Routine, list item, expense, note: tap +, type, done. No manual needed. There isn't one, we checked.

  • Lost? Ask Luna

Say what you want in plain words and Luna sets it up. You just tap OK.

Luna, the AI helper An assistant that does the chores. The digital ones, sadly.

Ask in plain words. Luna reads your agenda, lists, budget and notes, proposes the changes, and touches nothing until you tap Confirm.

Ask about your own life

“How much did I spend on takeaway?” gets an actual number. Not a motivational quote.

It does the typing

A recipe becomes a shopping list, a vague plan becomes a routine, a 2 a.m. ramble becomes a tidy note.

Nothing happens without your OK

Every change arrives as a card. Untick what you don’t like; deletions come with an extra warning. Everything lands in a history, and once you say no, it stops asking.

Powered by Claude. The AI only reads your data when you ask it something, and it isn’t used to train models.

Focus timer with Luna A focus timer with a cat. Science can't explain it, but it works.

Pick a length, press start, and Luna curls up next to you. Finish the round and she gets a treat. You get your afternoon back.

  • Rounds with treats

Short or long rounds. Each one earns Luna a treat, and new coats join her wardrobe along the way.

  • Focus together

Invite friends to a room and focus at the same time. Send a paw or a wave. No talking, that’s the point.

  • Soundscapes

Rain, ocean, fire, forest or Luna's purr, to drown out the neighbour's drill.

  • Outside the app too

On your lock screen, in a widget and in Control Center, with a quiet mode so notifications wait their turn.

FAQ Questions, answered honestly

What people ask before signing up. And one thing they ask after.

Is Piccola really free?

Yes. The free plan has routines, a shopping list, Logs, notes, chat, Focus with Luna and 10 questions to Luna a month, with no ads and no tracking. Piccola Plus removes the limits, and if you join before it launches, it's yours free, forever.

Does it work without a connection?

Yes. Piccola keeps your data on the device, so you can tick, add and edit in the subway. Changes sync on their own when you’re back online.

What does the AI actually see?

When you ask something, the data needed to answer is sent to Claude, by Anthropic — not before. It isn’t used to train models, nothing changes without your OK, and you can clear the conversation any time.

Is there a focus or Pomodoro timer?

Yes: Focus with Luna. Pick a round, press start and Luna the cat keeps you company; every round earns her a treat. Invite friends to focus together, add a soundscape, and follow the timer on your lock screen or in a widget.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. The iPhone and iPad app is on the App Store, the Android app is on Google Play, and Piccola also works in any browser on phone, tablet and computer — add it to your home screen like an app. Everything stays in sync between your devices.

Can I share with my partner, family or flatmates?

Yes. Connect with the people you choose, then share shopping lists and notes, chat, and — if you want — your progress. Each person only sees what you share with them.

What if I want to leave?

Export everything (JSON, or your expenses as CSV) and delete your account from Settings. No support ticket, no guilt trip, no “are you sure? are you really sure?” email sequence.

Ready to stop keeping it all in your head?

Setup takes about a minute. Finding that one grocery list took longer.
